Private data, brought to you
Import and shape your own training data locally, with structured validation that catches problems before training ever begins — so your domain knowledge stays in your hands.
Project · Artificial Intelligence
A self-hosted platform for fine-tuning compact, domain-specialist AI models on private data and local hardware — built for reproducibility and backed by evidence at every step.
What it is
Most organizations need AI models that reflect their own domain, their own rules, and their own data — not generic answers. EvoTron-Local is VTC Services’ answer to that need: a self-hosted environment where a capable general-purpose model can be guided to become a focused specialist, entirely on local infrastructure.
The emphasis is on control. The platform is designed so that training data, model weights, and results never need to leave the hardware you run it on. That matters for teams working with proprietary, regulated, or otherwise sensitive material where sending data to a third party is simply not an option.
What it does
Import and shape your own training data locally, with structured validation that catches problems before training ever begins — so your domain knowledge stays in your hands.
Configure the tuning run through a guided workflow that surfaces the meaningful choices — what to teach, how the data is represented, and how it will be validated — without requiring deep machine-learning expertise.
Every stage is gated by evidence: datasets must pass quality checks, training runs are monitored, and results are verified before they can be promoted. Nothing moves forward on trust alone.
Compare a trained specialist against a reference model side by side on the same prompts, so you can see exactly what the tuning changed — and decide whether it is worth keeping.
Built-in guardrails and change-control discipline keep tuned models reliable and predictable in real use, with clear boundaries around what they may and may not do.
Designed to run on capable local workstations — not a distant cloud you have to trust. The platform makes private, on-premise specialization practical and repeatable.
Why it matters
General-purpose models are extraordinary generalists, but real work is specialized. A finance team, a logistics provider, or an engineering group each has its own conventions, its own edge cases, and its own non-negotiables. The value of an AI system is often measured by how well it understands a specific domain — and that understanding usually has to be learned from data that cannot be shared freely.
EvoTron-Local is built on a simple belief: the teams who own the domain knowledge should also own the model. By making specialist fine-tuning practical on local hardware, it lets organizations build AI that reflects their reality — with the privacy, validation, and control that production work demands.
Status
EvoTron-Local is an active in-house project at VTC Services. It is currently being refined and validated internally, and its codebase is kept private while it matures. As the project is tested and readied for wider use, details and availability will be announced on this page and through the company’s GitHub organization.
